Pritam is a co-founder of Gridwise Engineering with 27 years of substation engineering experience across Canada, the United States and other jurisdictions. He leads electrical, civil/structural, protection and control (P&C), SCADA and communications design teams on greenfield and brownfield substations, from distribution voltages up to 500 kV. Equally experienced as lead project engineer, owner's engineer and P&C Professional of Record, Pritam has delivered projects for utilities across North America. He is a Professional Engineer in Canada in multiple provinces, a Chartered Engineer in the UK, and volunteers with Engineers and Geoscientists BC as a competency assessor.

James is a co-founder of Gridwise Engineering with 18 years of experience in the power industry across Australia, Canada and the United States. He specializes in protection and control (P&C) and SCADA design for transmission and distribution substations up to 345 kV, with extensive hands-on experience in protection studies, relay settings, commissioning and site support. James has also worked as a lead project engineer and owner's engineer, across multiple utilities in North America, managing substation design and construction support, and has delivered projects for utility and industrial clients across 10+ states and provinces in North America. He is a Professional Engineer in multiple provinces in Canada, PE in Nevada, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ivan is Lead Physical Electrical Engineer at Gridwise Engineering, with 12 years of experience in substation physical design across Canada's utility, industrial and renewable energy sectors. He has led substation layout, equipment arrangement and specification, grounding and lightning protection design, and 3D modelling for greenfield and brownfield stations from 12 kV to 500 kV, including the 287 kV Cedar LNG substation, BC Hydro's 500 kV series capacitor stations, and grid-scale battery storage and solar projects in Yukon, Ontario and Alberta. Ivan has also served as owner's engineer at BC Hydro. He is a Professional Engineer in multiple Canadian Provinces.
